🔁 Return Eligibility:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Opened or consumed items are not eligible due to hygiene and safety concerns

💳 Refund Process:
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items

Amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit

🔄 Exchange Policy:
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll send a replacement free of charge
